I will be taking my car into Bell Ford next week for several repairs. Steve has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I will update my review after the work is complete, but so far the customer service is top notch!

From making an appointment, diagnosing symptoms, repairing the truck and following up to ensure the repair is solid, Bell Ford can be trusted. Justin, service advisor, and the service team working on the vehicles, have successfully gained my trust for the past 5 years and once again performed beautifully. Thank you.

The sales end of my experience was great, Kyle made it one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The reason I gave a two star review is my experience after the first oil change. I was told by another ford dealership that is closer to where I live that my rear tires were down to 5/23" and that I should consider replacing them soon. My wife and I were told that new tires were put on the vehicle before we picked up the vehicle. After calling the service department to talk to ask what was able to be done about the situation they told me that new tires were not put on the vehicle. Then I got in contact with Kyle and he said that new tires should have been put on so he went and talked to his boss (the owner). The owners response was that $1000 was taken off the price to compensate, this was never explained to us before the transaction took place. Needless to say nothing was done for us and the reason the two of the tires were wearing faster than the other two is because Bell Fords mechanics did a half assed job on the certified checklist and did balance those two tires correctly. The dealerships fault and they still refuse to admit to it and resolve the issue. Due to the lack of customer service after the purchase i would not call this a good dealership. Customer service starts from the top and the fact that the owner himself wouldn't recommend this dealership for sales or service.
